Online versus Paper Applications

ARC staff will not be able to tell you if an application was completed online if the application was submitted before 7/1/26 (and is in METS), because they cannot see if a consumer created a Login MN account.

Any applications submitted prior to 07/01/2026, whether they were paper or online in METS, could be online now if the application filer on the open application creates a Login MN account. 

Consumer PIIs

When providing ARC with 3 PIIs, if you are using the consumer’s name as a PII, you must match exactly what we have in the system(s) the ARC is checking, including multiple last names (if we have them). In lieu of matching the consumer’s full name, you can match 3 other PIIs (i.e., date of birth, last 4, address, email, or phone).
